Frontiers of Architectural Research(建筑学研究前沿 / FoAR)是由东南大学建筑学院和高等教育出版社联合主办的全英文学术期刊,已被A&HCI收录FoAR 2012年创刊,双月刊(一年六期),在Elsevier平台上发行,开放获取(Open Access),免费下载。期刊论文涉及领域包括建筑设计与理论、建筑技术科学、城市规划、风景园林、遗产保护等,覆盖建筑学、城乡规划和风景园林三个一级学科。本刊优先发表采用严格科学方法和前沿技术进行研究的学术论文,同时也欢迎探讨建筑社会属性的高水平文章。对所有论文将严格进行同行评议并只接受英文投稿。

小西湖历史街区保护与再生



南京老城南小西湖街区占地面积
4.69公顷,是南京市22处历史风貌区之一。留存历史街巷7条、文保单位2处、历史建筑7处、传统院落30余处,是南京为数不多比较完整保留明清风貌特征的居住型街区之一。


经过历史的变迁,小西湖街区的价值逐渐淹没于激增的人口和衰败的环境之中。改造前有
810户居民和25家工企单位,居住人口3000余人,人均居住面积约10m²2015年,南京市规划局发起三所在宁高校研究生志愿者行动,探索保护与再生策略,经专家评审,确定由东南大学团队承担规划设计。南京历史城区保护建设集团负责项目实施。项目组在居民意愿和逐户产权调研的基础上,通过规划编制、政策机制、遗产保护修缮、市政管网、街巷环境、参与性设计建设等一系列创新性探索,形成多元主体参与、持续推进的“小尺度、渐进式”保护再生路径。






该项目设计遵循“小尺度、渐进式、管得住、用得活”的基本理念,实现了小西湖街区整体保护、公共设施改造、活力激发、持续更新、合作共赢的多元目标,探索形成了四个主要的创新特色:

1)整体覆盖的保护体系,覆盖了街巷网络、院落肌理、物质要素三个层类;2)张弛有度的规划方法,支撑了小尺度渐进式、合作共赢的可持续改造进程;3)因地制宜的设计策略,完成了“一户一策”的改造示范,创建了“微型管廊”技术;4)动态有序的参与机制,开辟了政府平台、社区居民、设计团队协同融合,调查研究、政策制定、规划设计、控制引导、市场运作多元互动的工作模式。
