HAN Dongqing

Dr. Han graduated from the architectural department of Nanjing Institute of Technology in 1982 and received his Doctorate in Engineering from Southeast University in 1996. His research interest mainly focused on the urban architectural design, and urban design theory and methods.  Han is a scholarship with 2 books and over 70 papers published on journals. As a teaching staff, he has being engaged in architectural design teaching in undergraduate Grade4 and the graduate course ‘Theory of Architectural Design’.

Being a national first level registered architect and urban designer; he has taken charge of projects concerning architectural design, urban design and heritage conservation, of these, more than 50 items have been built, and receiving a number of prizes and honors from the practices.
