Du Rong is a doctoral graduate working as a lecturer for the School of Architecture at Southeast University. She mainly teaches architectural design courses for undergraduates, digital technology and generation design courses for postgraduates, and interactive architectural information courses for the School of Architecture. Between 2004 and 2005, she participated in a research program funded by an American science foundation as a senior visiting scholar. Her research covers urban planning and design as well as its theory, and even such fields as computer-aided design, etc. In terms of scientific research, she participated in the conclusion of 5 projects funded by NSFC and led an open-topic scientific research project of the state key laboratory. Since 2002, she has published more than 20 academic papers and participated in the compilation of teaching materials and several books.
