Zhang Meiying, Associate Professor, First-Class Registered Architect, Visiting Scholar of Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, is mainly engaged in architectural design and creation, related theoretical research and teaching.

For a long time, Associate Professor Zhang Meiying has served as the Chief Lecturer of the course Principles of Residential Architecture Design in Southeast University, presided over the Teaching Studio of Residential Orientation for graduates at fourth grade. She has participated in the teaching of graduate students and graduation design of Architecture Major. In June 2007, she won the second prize in the Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of Southeast University, and guided the students to participate in the Student Design Competition among National Architecture Colleges (Urban Renewal And Residential Direction) where awards were obtained for many times. With rich practical engineering experience, she has participated in more than 30 engineering designs and was awarded one winning prize in UIA Architectural Design Competition, one third prize in Excellent Planning and Design of China Association of City Planning in 2005, and the third prize in Jiangsu Public Rental Housing Scheme Competition in 2010. As a Professional Head, she participated in Nanjing Wireless Valley Experimental Building Project and won the first prize of Excellent Architectural Survey and Design of Jiangsu Province and the third prize of National Excellent Architectural Design in 2015 and the first prize of Excellent Engineering Design of Jiangsu Province in 2017.

In recent years, she has participated in 6 key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in the compilation and publication of 4 works and published many papers.
