设计周主旨简介：
大数据及人工智能技术在城市研究、分析、设计和管控中的应用，标志着城市设计及规划领域迎来数字化的变革时代。在大的时代背景下，数字化的技术手段如何更加深入的应用于城市设计领域？如何通过数字化技术途径提升城市设计的科学性、有效性、合理性，并进而促进城市的可持续发展？高校的研究生和青年规划师如何应对新技术变革，构建自身的知识体系？面对海量的多源异构城市大数据，如何构建数据敏感城市，从而更加有效的对城市运营进行数字化监管？面对这些问题及挑战，东南大学建筑学院联合国际城市规划与区域规划师学会，邀请国内外城市研究及设计专家，面向相关专业背景的研究生开展数字化背景下的联合城市设计工作营，共同探索未来城市。
Introduction:
During the application of big data and artificial intelligence technology in urban studies, analysis, design and control, urban design and planning filed have enter digital changeable age. Based on the remarkable era background, how digital technique can be applied in urban design process deeply? How to improve the scientific, effective and reasonable in urban design process through digital approach and promote the urban sustainable development? How do postgraduate students and young planners cope with the new technological evolution and build their own knowledge frame? Based on massive, multi-source and heterogeneous urban big data, how to create data-sensitive city, and conduct more efficient digital supervision during urban operation process? For discover and solve these questions and challenges, the School of Architecture of Southeast University is associated with the ISOCARP to organize this urban design workshop under digital background. During the workshop, both domestic and foreign experts in urban studies and design field were invited, postgraduate students with relevant subject background were welcomed to participate and discover the future city together!
设计周目标：
围绕“数字城市设计”主题，本次国际联合城市设计周的主要目标为：
在海量多源异构城市大数据的基础上，探索数据敏感的未来城市
讨论基于大数据及数字化方法实现更加可持续、健康、宜居和活力城市的方法及途径
进一步的探索数字化技术及大数据在城市设计、规划、运营管理的实践中更加深入应用的可能性，当前面临的问题和挑战，及可能的解决方案
研讨城市设计方法数字化变革背景下，高校相关专业研究生及青年规划师的知识结构和教育及培养模式
Purpose of the Design Week：
Explore the data-sensitive future city based on massive, multi-source and heterogeneous urban big data
Discuss the method and approach to achieve more sustainable, healthy, liveable and vibrant city based on big data and digital technology
Further exploration the possibility of more in-depth application of digital technology and big data in urban design, planning and operation management
Deliberate knowledge frame, education and training model of relevant subject postgraduate students and young planners under the background of digitalization

国际城市与区域规划师学会(ISOCARP)
国际城市与区域规划师学会（后简称‘学会’）是被联合国、欧盟委员会以及联合国教科文组织所认可的目前全球最大和具有很高国际影响力的城市规划领域非政府组织。由分布在全球80多个国家的800余名会员组成，于1965年在荷兰成立。旨在实践并倡导 “知识为了城市更美好”的箴言。ISOCARP为满足当今日益提高的对实践性的城市规划和区域规划设计经验传播交流的需求表现的非常活跃，并且在城市设计和城市发展管理的领域有着独到的经验。

International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) is a global non-profit association of experienced professionals from academic, governmental organisations and private consultancies. ISOCARP is officially recognised by the Council of Europe, UNESCO, UN-Habitat and United Nations. ISOCARP was founded in 1965 in a bid to bring together recognised and highly-qualified planners in an international network.
参与方式：
此次国际联合数字城市设计周面向城市规划、城市设计及相关专业背景的中外在校研究生开放报名，全程参与设计周并最终合格完成设计任务，表现优秀者将获得由国际城市与区域规划师学会颁发的专业证书。
