The project reflects the mainstream trend of the international cultural heritage conservation movement, emphasizing the discovery, recognition, interpretation and sharing of heritage stories and conservation awareness from the people around. It aims to adapt to and lead the trend of The Times and use cloud media to spread the concept of cultural heritage. Dr. Xinjian Li, is an Associate Professor of School of Architecture at Southeast University, and Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Urban and Architectural Heritage Conservation at the Ministry of Education. He has been engaged in innovative research to solve social and technical problems in the field of urban and architectural heritage conservation for 20 years, and has won several national-level projects and awards.

The video business of Jiaohuidian News Client mainly focuses on short videos of current affairs, culture and public welfare. 徐萌，高级城市规划师，中国城市规划设计研究院历史文化名城研究所学部主任, 绍兴市古城保护利用专家委员会专家、天津大学建筑学院企业导师，主持泉州、北京、拉萨等多地老城保护更新工作。

Xu Meng is a senior urban planner. He is the director of the Department of Historical and Cultural Cities Research Institute of the China Urban Planning and Design Institute , an expert of the Shaoxing City Ancient City Protection and Utilization Expert Committee, and an enterprise tutor of the School of Architecture of Tianjin University. He has presided over Quanzhou, Beijing, Protection and renewal of old cities in Lhasa and other places.

吴建新，上海视觉艺术学院摄影专业纪录片工作室负责人, 长期从事当代艺术的摄影和艺术影片创作，在上海视觉艺术学院教授纪录片与影视短片拍摄等专业课程。代表作有纪录片《复兴公园》、《九叔》、《高楼背后》等。纪录片《九叔》提案获选CNEX年度提案奖，获中国纪录片学院奖提名。2014年《九叔》在台北首映。《高楼背后》获第四届CCDF华人提案大会最佳提案，入选荷兰阿姆斯特丹纪录片节。

Wu Jianxin, Head of the Photography Professional Documentary Studio of Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts, has long been engaged in contemporary art photography and art film creation, and teaches documentary and short film shooting courses at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts. His representative works include the documentary Fuxing Park, My Home Was My Castle and so on. The documentary Uncle Nine was selected for the CNEX Annual Proposal Award and nominated for the China Academy Award for Documentary Film (CAADF).  Uncle Nine premiered in Taipei in 2014. My Home Was My Castle won the best proposal of the 4th CNEX Chinese Documentary Forum and was selected for Amsterdam International Documentary Film Festival.
