Nanjing has many famous local foods. Salty Duck has been produced in Nanjing for over 1000 years and is widely thought as No.1 Nanjing specialty. Backed duck is less famous than Salty Duck but more likely to be pouplar with foreigners. The quality and quantity of duck eaten in Nanjing has earned it a nicknames as “Duck Capital”.
Transportation
The public transportation in Nanjing is very convenient. Nanjing Lukou International Airport operates domestic and international flights. Nanjing railway station and Nanjing South Railway Station are the main railway junctions of South China. The bus and subway radiate in all directions of the city.
