Campus ID Card
During registration, you can apply for SEU Campus ID Card at Campus Card Center with your passport and the certificate issued from Int’l Students Office. Most new students’ Campus ID Card can be obtained by International Students’ Office when you register.
The Center on Sipailou Campus is in the west of 1st floor of Wusi Building (beside the south campus gate).
Campus ID cards are very important and should be with you at all times. You are not supposed to lend or borrow ID cards. If you lose your ID card, you must report to card center with passport immediately.
1) Functions: consumption in Dining Hall, supermarket, bathrooms; accessing south and north buildings of Qiangongyuan Building and university library; Borrowing and returning books in university library.
2) Recharge: There are recharging machines in Dining Hall to recharge your Campus Card, or you could recharge your campus card online through the public account of SEU Finance in Wechat.
(3) Replacement: If you lose your card, you must bring your passport to the Card Centre to register for a replacement, also register at the Foreign Languages Library of School of Architecture (on the ground floor of Zhongdayuan Building).
