ZHANG Hong
Prof. Zhang Hong, Doctor of Engineering, is now the Head of Southeast University Building Science and Technology Institute, Southeast University Industrial Housing and Building Industry, and Southeast University BIM Technology Research Institute. Now he is the member of the Green Building Committee of the Architectural Society of China, and the training object of 333 Cross-century Academic and Technological Leader Training Project in Jiangsu Province.
He has long been engaged in the research of architectural design and construction, theory and practice of building industrialization, application of building information model (BIM) technology, residential and residential design and research and development.
In recent years, Prof. Zhang Hong started the research in green building, construction of affordable housing, construction industry modernization, meanwhile, he participated in and leaded more than 70 large and medium-sized construction project design work, won the national design award and honor award 6 times, Provincial and ministerial level design award 11 times, gained 7 monographs, 6 patents, 2 software copyrights, and more than 60 academic papers on architecture.
His research and technical achievements exhibited in international and domestic important exhibitions several times, such as 2015 (Shanghai) China International Industrial Fair, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 International Green Building Conference in Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu International Green Building Expo. In particular, in 2016, Prof. Zhang Hong and his team developed a new type of High-rise construction technology system using industrial space rigid steel cage structural components manufacturing and assembly technology, which was selected to participate in the national Twelve five scientific and technological innovation achievement exhibition. Additionally, in November, 2016, he and his team won the First Award of the Tenth Session of China's Production and Research Cooperation Innovation Awards.
