Research direction: planning and design of scenic spots, landscape architecture heritage, cultural landscape and landscape architecture design, etc.

Tang Jun is Vice Chairman of Landscape Architecture Committee of Jiangsu Civil Architecture Association, national first-class registered architect and national registered planner.

He has successively presided over and participated in more than 40 planning and design projects, won 24 national and provincial excellent planning and design and architectural creation awards, including the first prize of National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Award, the second prize of National Excellent Planning and Design Award for 3 times, the first prize of Jiangsu Province Excellent Survey and Design Award for 3 times and the second prize for 5 times, the first prize of Jiangsu Province Excellent Engineering Design Award twice, the first prize of Jiangsu Province Excellent Engineering Design Award twice, the first prize of Jiangsu Architectural Society Architectural Design Award and the second prize for 3 times. He guided students to design competitions with many awards received, such as Yuan Ye Award, Graduation Design Exhibition, Silver Medal in Zijin Award and so on.

He has published 1 book and more than 20 papers in core journals at home and abroad.
