Sino-French Joint Guangxi Huangyao Ancient Town Ming and Qing Dynasty BuildingHeritage Protection International Workshop

黄姚古镇发源于宋朝，作为中国历史文化名镇有一千多年的悠久历史。古镇自然风景优美，古镇内尚存几百幢明清时期的民居建筑，曾被选为中国最美十大古镇之一。黄姚古镇近年来由于镇内原住民不断搬出和主街逐渐商业化，民居建筑的入住率不断降低，明清古宅房屋急需养护维修，镇内居住环境的原真性也需要合理保护。黄姚国际工作营包括线上讲座与线下实践，以快节奏的教学工作形式，让学生重视古民居的舒适度，并根据古民居的生物建筑环境和遗产保护要求进行模拟国际合作、提出综合方案，培养中国与国际新一代历史建筑遗产保护及相关专业学生对遗产保护的认知与现场实践合作能力。完成课程的学生可获得东南大学暑期学校证书，欢迎国内外对本课程感兴趣的同学报名！

OverviewOriginated in the Song Dynasty, Huangyao Ancient Town has a long history of more than 1000 years as a famous historical and cultural town in China. The town has beautiful natural scenery. There are still hundreds of residential buildings during the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the ancient town. The town was once selected as one of the ten most beautiful ancient towns in China. In recent years, due to the continuous removal of the indigenous people in Huangyao Ancient Town and the gradual commercialization of the main street, the occupancy rate of residential buildings has been declining. The ancient houses in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are in urgent need of maintenance and repair, and the authenticity of the living environment in the town also needs reasonable protection.The workshop in Huangyao Ancient Town includes lectures online and practice offline. In the form of fast-paced teaching, the workshop enables students to pay attention to the comfort of ancient folk houses, simulate international cooperation and put forward comprehensive plans according to the building environment and heritage protection requirements of folk houses, and cultivate the cognitive and practical ability of the new generation of Chinese and European architectural students in heritage protection.
