Project Description: guided by the overall development strategies of “resource restructure, space reconstruction and quality re-establishment” and in view of the contradictions of land shortage and demolition difficulty in the downtown area, the project performs the planning for improving the space potential, optimizing the quality of public service space and promoting the shaping of space form.
