Project Description: this project aims to optimize the development of the central urban area of the provincial capital city in order to create an orderly spatial arrangement, and with study and design for the urban physical environment by integrating multiple factors, the overall urban structure of “a city with one penetrating context and two cores which is linked up with 4 rings and pivoting on 3 axes” is proposed.
