由东南大学建筑学院、瑞典绿色建筑委员会、江苏省城镇化和城乡规划研究中心主办，东南大学建筑学院承办的”CITYLAB南京研讨会“将于2018年6月6日——2018年6月8日召开。

1 论坛基本信息

The generaltheme in the first workshop is to introduce CITYLAB and to discuss how it could be used ina Chinese context.CITYLABhas been developed by thousands of actors in Sweden during 7 years into asystem to support in planning of more sustainable city areas. More than 20 cityprojects have been involved in CITYLAB in Sweden.CITYLABdoes not replace existing planning systems in municipalities but rathersupports the cooperation and experience exchange between different actors andprojects. For this purpose, a Guideline has been developed.Thepurpose of the first workshop is to find mechanisms to develop a strongpartnership between CITYLAB in Sweden, School of Architecture SEU, planningresearch institutes in Jiangsu province, and local governments. Thispartnership should lead to benefits for all partners in the work for moresustainable urban development. Thisshould be done in first the workshop by choosing some ongoing projects in Jiangsu where a more detailed discussion about how andwhat from CITYLAB can be used to support Chinese planning. The projects will bediscussed more in detail in a second workshop in October 2018 with the aim ofrunning a project in 2019.

研讨会的主题是介绍瑞典 CITYLAB 体系的相关情况，并探讨其在中国 建设背景下应用的可能性。过去 7 年间，CITYLAB 在数千名瑞典专业人士参与下，服务于可持续 城市理念，已发展成为一整套完整的规划支撑体系。在瑞典，超过 20 多个城市的可持续发展项目受益于 CITYLAB 机制。CITYLAB 不会取代地方政府的现有规划系统，而是支持不同参与者和 项目之间的合作及经验交流，并为此制定了行动指南。本次研讨会致力于通过经验和技术交流，在瑞典 CITYLAB、东南大学建 筑学院、江苏省规划研究机构和地方政府之间建立强有力的伙伴关系 与协作机制，从而使各方在可持续城市发展领域的工作中受益。研讨会选取江苏正在进行的相关项目作为案例，讨论CITYLAB 用 于支持中国可持续城市规划的途径。选定的案例项目将在2018年10 月的第二次研讨会上详细讨论，以期在 2019 年开展实质性的应用。

- Exchange experience between Swedishand Chinese planning experts working with development of sustainable city areas.

- Describe how CITYLAB has supportedSwedish municipalities to develop and follow up of more holistic sustainabilityplans for city areas.

- Discuss the potential for applyingparts of CITYLAB principles in some specific cases in Jiangsu.

- 研讨中国和瑞典在迈向可持续城市发展进程中的主要挑战；

- 瑞典和中国的规划专家在可持续城市发展领域的经验交流；

-介绍CITYLAB 如何支持瑞典的地方政府制定和实施更为全面的可持续发展计划；

-探论CITYLAB的部分原则在江苏省特定区域的借鉴和应用的可能性。
