会议介绍

INTRODUCTION

河流作为人类文明的发源地，诞生了世界四大早期文明，在农耕经济的基础上诞生了早期农业聚居点后逐渐形成聚落和早期城镇。对流域历史城市的研究不仅仅是对单一城市或村落的历史研究，也关系着区域统筹、城乡一体、历史景观、遗产及生态保护等重要课题。

由东南大学、联合国教科文组织 国际文化遗产保护与修复研究中心-亚洲遗产管理学会（AAHM）组织，借首届长江文化南京论坛契机，对2022年度联合国教科文组织亚太地区文化遗产保护奖获奖者中国南京小西湖街区项目、上海贵州西里弄项目进行颁奖，同时与地方政府部门、政府间国际组织、相关高校和科研机构合作，邀请历史城市、遗产保护、非物质遗产活化利用等中外专家，聚焦流域城市历史文化遗产保护的挑战与应对，共同探讨大河流域历史城市的可持续保护与发展的国际方案。

As the cradle of human civilization, rivers gave birth to the world’s four major early civilizations. On the basis of agrarian economy, early agricultural settlements gradually formed into early settlements and towns. In additional to the history of specific cities or villages, historic landscape, regional coordination, urban-rural integration, ecological protection, heritage conservation and other significant issues are also included in the study of historical cities in river basin.

River Cultural Heritage Forum will be conducted by Southeast University, UNESCO-ICCROM Asian Academy for Heritage Management (AAHM), which takes the opportunity of the first Yangtze Culture Forum, to hold the awarding ceremony for China’s award-winners of 2022 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation-the Xiaoxihu Block, Nanjing and the West Guizhou Lilong Neighborhood, Shanghai. Meanwhile, through cooperation with local government departments, inter-governmental international organizations, relevant universities, and research institutions, the organizer invite the domestic and international experts in the field of heritage conservation and the revitalization of intangible heritage. It will focus on the challenges and responses in the conservation of historical cities and cultural heritage in river basin, and jointly explore international proposals to promote the conservation and sustainable development of historical cities in the great river basin.
